Your accountالحساب
Your account is yours alone and you are responsible for everything done through it. Registration details must be accurate. حسابك لك وحدك، وأنت مسؤول عن كل ما يتم من خلاله. ويجب أن تكون بيانات التسجيل صحيحة.
Acceptable useالاستخدام المقبول
No cheating or using tools to look up answers, no abuse of other players, and no attempt to break into or overload the service. يُمنع الغش أو استخدام أدوات للبحث عن الإجابات، وتُمنع الإساءة إلى اللاعبين الآخرين، وتُمنع أي محاولة لاختراق الخدمة أو تحميلها فوق طاقتها.
Content and dataالمحتوى والبيانات
Player and club information comes from public sources and is provided as-is. It may contain errors or gaps, which are not grounds for compensation. معلومات اللاعبين والأندية مصدرها مصادر عامة وتُقدَّم كما هي، وقد تتضمن أخطاء أو نواقص لا تُعدّ سببًا للتعويض.
Points and levelsالنقاط والمستويات
Experience points and levels have value inside the game only. They carry no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. لنقاط الخبرة والمستويات قيمة داخل اللعبة فقط، وليست لها أي قيمة مالية ولا يمكن استبدالها بالمال.
OSCO Coinsعملات أوسكو
- Coins are a virtual in-game currency. You can buy them with real money or earn them, and spend them in the OSCO store. العملات عملة افتراضية داخل اللعبة، يمكنك شراؤها بمال حقيقي أو كسبها، وإنفاقها في متجر أوسكو.
- Coins give you a limited licence to use content inside the game. They are not money: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or real goods, transferred or sold, and are not refundable except where the law or Apple's or Google's refund policies require it. تمنحك العملات ترخيصًا محدودًا لاستخدام محتوى داخل اللعبة، وهي ليست مالًا: لا قيمة نقدية لها، ولا يمكن استبدالها بالمال أو بسلع حقيقية، ولا نقلها أو بيعها، ولا يُسترد ثمنها إلا حين يشترط القانون ذلك أو تقتضيه سياسات الاسترداد لدى Apple أو Google.
- Coins in your account do not expire. They are lost if you delete your account, or if it is suspended for breaking these terms. لا تنتهي صلاحية العملات الموجودة في حسابك، لكنها تُفقد إذا حذفت حسابك أو إذا أُوقف بسبب مخالفة هذه الشروط.
- If a coin purchase is refunded, we remove the coins it gave you. إذا رُدّ ثمن عملية شراء عملات، نزيل العملات التي حصلت عليها منها.
Purchasesالمشتريات
- Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm, or — where offered — directly with OSCO through our licensed payment provider. The price is shown in your local currency before you buy. تتم المشتريات عبر App Store أو Google Play، ويُخصم المبلغ من حساب Apple ID أو حساب Google عند تأكيدك الشراء، أو — حيثما يتوفر ذلك — مباشرةً مع أوسكو عبر مزوّد الدفع المرخّص لدينا. ويظهر السعر بعملتك المحلية قبل الشراء.
- Store purchases are refunded by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play under their own policies; direct purchases are refunded by us. Delivery, cancellation and refunds are set out in our Purchase & Refund Policy. تتولى Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) أو Google Play رد مبالغ مشتريات المتاجر وفق سياساتهما، ونتولى نحن رد مبالغ المشتريات المباشرة. وتوضّح سياسة الشراء والاسترداد التسليم والإلغاء والاسترداد بالتفصيل.
Subscriptions — OSCO Plus, No-Ads and Voice Chatالاشتراكات — OSCO Plus و«بدون إعلانات» و«الدردشة الصوتية»
- These are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. The name, the price and what is included are shown before you buy. هذه اشتراكات شهرية تتجدد تلقائيًا، ويظهر اسم الاشتراك وسعره وما يتضمنه قبل الشراء.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account — or, for a subscription bought directly with OSCO, to your card or wallet — at confirmation of purchase. يُخصم المبلغ من حساب Apple ID أو حساب Google — أو من بطاقتك أو محفظتك في حالة الاشتراك المباشر مع أوسكو — عند تأكيد الشراء.
- The subscription renews automatically every month at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا كل شهر بالسعر نفسه ما لم تلغه قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل، ويُخصم مبلغ التجديد خلال الساعات الـ 24 السابقة لنهاية الفترة.
- You can manage or cancel it at any time: on iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. After cancelling you keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for. Partial periods are not refunded except where the law or the store's policy requires it. يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إلغاؤه في أي وقت: على iPhone من الإعدادات ‹ اسمك ‹ الاشتراكات، وعلى Android من Google Play ‹ الملف الشخصي ‹ المدفوعات والاشتراكات ‹ الاشتراكات. وبعد الإلغاء تبقى المزايا متاحة لك حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة، ولا يُسترد ثمن جزء من فترة إلا حين يشترط القانون أو سياسة المتجر ذلك.
- Deleting the app or your OSCO account does not cancel a subscription. لا يؤدي حذف التطبيق أو حذف حسابك في أوسكو إلى إلغاء الاشتراك.
- If the price changes, Apple or Google will tell you before it applies, and for some changes you must agree first. إذا تغيّر السعر فستُبلغك Apple أو Google قبل تطبيقه، وتستلزم بعض التغييرات موافقتك أولًا.
- Subscribed before, on a new phone? Use “Already subscribed? Restore it” on the OSCO Plus screen. إن كنت مشتركًا من قبل وتستخدم هاتفًا جديدًا، فاستخدم «عندك اشتراك؟ استرجعه» في صفحة OSCO Plus.
- If you use OSCO on an Apple device, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. إذا كنت تستخدم أوسكو على جهاز من Apple، فإن اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية لدى Apple تسري أيضًا.
Suspensionإيقاف الحساب
We may suspend or delete any account that breaks these terms. يحق لنا إيقاف أو حذف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
